What is a Windows 11 product key?
A 25-character code, in five groups of five, that proves a PC is licensed to run a particular Windows 11 edition. You enter it in Settings to activate Windows.
Which key should I buy?
Match your edition (Home or Pro), then pick retail if you want to move the license to a new PC later or OEM if it will stay on this PC. See the comparison.
How quickly will I receive my key?
Purchases are completed on the seller's website, which delivers the key digitally after payment is confirmed. Delivery times and availability are shown on each seller's product page.
Where do I find my key after buying?
In the purchase confirmation from the seller that completed your order. This site never holds or sends keys.
Do I get a download of Windows 11?
The purchase is a license key. If you need installation media, Microsoft provides the Windows 11 Installation Assistant, Media Creation Tool and ISO on its official download page.
Can I activate a PC that doesn't meet Windows 11 requirements?
A key licenses Windows; it doesn't change hardware requirements. PCs without TPM 2.0 or a supported CPU aren't eligible for a normal Windows 11 installation.
Can I use one key on several PCs?
No. One key licenses one PC at a time.
Is a retail key better than OEM?
Windows is identical. Retail is more flexible because it can generally move to a new PC, subject to Microsoft's licensing and activation rules; OEM is cheaper and stays on one PC. Retail vs OEM.
What happens if my key doesn't activate?
Follow the troubleshooting guide first; most issues are edition mismatches or typos. If it still fails, contact the seller's support with your order number and error code. Replacements and refunds are handled by the seller under its own policy.
Which payment methods can I use?
Payment happens on the seller's website, which shows its accepted payment methods at checkout. This site does not take payments.
Does this site store my card details?
